Mold Sampling & Analysis Services

Mold spores occur naturally in the environment and are present in both outdoor and indoor air with normal ecology levels. They are found indoors as a result of everyday air movement through open windows, doors, clothes, pets, and HVAC air circulation. Mold growth can occur once spores become established on a surface with nutritional value and adequate moisture, including drywall, wood, ceiling tiles, and other cellulose-based porous building materials. Once growth occurs, air contamination with mold spores may increase, making it important to identify and remediate any sites of mold growth. Key areas of concern include structures that have experienced water damage, surfaces displaying condensation, and areas routinely exposed to high humidity.

As a privately owned, independent testing laboratory, providing mold, indoor air quality, microbiological, chemical, and environmental testing services since 2017, we conduct analysis of fungal spores in air samples as well as surface samples to identify potential contamination or mold growth and provide unbiased testing, evaluations, research, and expert advice. As environmental specialists, we aim to inform, educate, and thus provide peace of mind for our clients.
